This podcast is from a San Francisco oversea Chinese radio station called Open Sky Radio. It has two hosts, 三火木(Pin Yin: sān huǒ mù) and Andy Go and one guest – Lawyer 徐家鐳(Pin yin: xú jiā léi). The lawyer is very experienced in handling legal disputes or issues of Overseas Chinese in California, and labour law cases are his specialty.

In this podcast, Lawyer 徐家鐳 tells people a lot of useful knowledge about the laws in California. Many are explained with a sample from real cases to help people understand. Except for specific legal terms, he also give a lot of tips to people about how to avoid legal issues and how to protect their legal rights, since it’s very important for people who have moved to a new country.
